As the DON, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our facility—driving quality outcomes, mentorship, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership & oversight of all nursing operations
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive clinical excellence, quality measures, and positive survey outcomes
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget performance
- Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff engagement

Qualifications:- Active RN license (CA)
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing (or strong ADON ready to step up)
- Background in skilled nursing/post-acute care strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
