Key Responsibilities
Program Management• Drive execution of the North American B2B Secular Shift Vertical Strategy• Establish and facilitate the cadence of activities that drive both alignment and milestone achievement• Build and maintain clear and predictive KPI reporting
Growth & Commercial Execution• Facilitate initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, spend and acceptance at scale• Collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management• Facilitate alignment with global product teams to build out capabilities that embed in key vertical technology solutions (construction & trades, B2C retail and restaurants, property & casualty insurance) to drive secular shift• Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that drive sustained behavioral change
Customer & Market Insight• Establish and facilitate the processes to gather industry and market data• Track competitive and fintech trends impacting vertical specific payment choices.• Facilitate translating insights into differentiated value propositions and prioritized initiatives

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $164,000 - $271,000 USD

  • Proven experience driving enterprise programs across Finance, Sales, Product, Services, and Development stakeholders
  • Demonstrated program management and execution skills, including establishing cadences and milestone accountability
  • Ability to build and maintain clear and predictive KPI reporting and measurement frameworks
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Channels, Partnerships, and product teams to embed commercial strategies
  • Experience piloting, measuring, and scaling initiatives that change customer behavior
  • Strong commercial acumen: identify use cases, create value propositions, and drive adoption and spend growth
  • Influential leadership and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams without direct authority
