Our mission is to expand access to highly innovative therapies for patients suffering primarily from cancer and rare diseases across global markets. If you are motivated by impact, complexity, and building scalable global capabilities, we invite you to join our mission.
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and strategic New Partner and Product Integration (NPPI) Lead to drive end‑to‑end excellence in onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem. This role will lead and coordinate all cross-functional activities - including Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial - ensuring alignment with the Medison Partner Integration Playbook. The primary objective is to enable rapid, seamless integration of new partners while ensuring all activities remain on track for timely, launch-ready product delivery. This role is critical to ensuring readiness, alignment, coordination and flawless execution across functions and geographies when introducing new partners, assets, or collaborations.
The NPPI Lead will design, lead, and continuously enhance Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration Playbook and framework, acting as the central PMO and orchestration point across global, and regional teams. The role partners closely with the Global Brand & Alliance Lead while owning structured planning, risk mitigation, governance, and performance tracking from deal signing through full operational handover.
This is a global role requiring strong PMO expertise, cross‑functional leadership, strong business acumen and operational rigor in complex, fast‑moving environments. The position reports to the Global Head of Commercial Operations. Location is flexible, preferably in Central Eastern Europe. Regular international travel is expected.

- Partner closely with Global Launch Excellence and Global Brand & Alliance Lead to translate deal terms into clear, executable operational plans, including aligned systems and processes, supporting the delivery of integrated global go-to-market, launch, and brand plans with defined ownership and milestones.
- Proactively identify interdependencies, resource constraints, and critical path items, driving timely decision‑making and issue resolution.
Partner & Product Integration and Readiness Execution

- Lead the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce - including Tech Ops, Finance, and Commercial teams - to ensure the necessary infrastructure, systems, and processes are in place to successfully transition new products and enable commercial teams to execute their launch plans.
- Support local markets and global functions during preparation and execution phases to ensure readiness for asset transfer, launch activities, or ongoing collaboration.
- Facilitate formal readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions at key NPI milestones.
- Anticipate gaps, challenge assumptions, and drive mitigation plans to protect timelines, compliance, and business objectives.
Process, Systems & Governance
- Design, implement, own and continuously improve NPI processes, templates, digital tools, and governance mechanisms to streamline planning, reporting, and execution.
- Ensure consistent adoption of PMO standards, documentation, and reporting across regions and functions.
