Join Assured as our Director of Marketing, where you’ll lead a high-performance team focused on driving growth through both online and in-person channels. You’ll directly manage our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and a Marketing Lead, shaping the entire strategy for generating demand and connecting with our target audiences. This role is focused on execution, leadership, and growth, offering you ownership and autonomy within a fast-moving environment.
Lead, mentor, and manage the BDR team and Marketing Lead to achieve demand generation goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing digital campaigns, events, and other inbound/outbound sources.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize tactics based on data and feedback.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Research market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for engagement and partnership.
Organize and oversee in-person events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen pipeline and market presence.
Own reporting on marketing ROI, acquisition funnels, and key growth metrics.
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
Proven ability to drive multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, in-person, and partnership marketing).
Experience developing, leading, and scaling high-performing teams.
Data-driven approach to campaign management and ROI forecasting.
Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Experience working in fast-growth or startup environments preferred.
