Generate top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, multichannel outreach, inbound lead qualification, discovery, and meeting setting. Architect and scale AI/ML infrastructure, including workflow orchestration for thousands of concurrent tasks and integrations with external systems. Lead the deployment of LLM- and rules-based digital workers, optimize reliability and observability, evaluate AI tools and APIs, and make high-impact technical decisions. Partner with product, analytics, customers, and engineering to deliver healthcare automation, while mentoring engineers and owning projects from concept through production.

Own Assured’s outbound engine, account universe, ICP scoring, HubSpot CRM, GTM tools, events, and pipeline reporting. Build and maintain healthcare prospect data, operate outbound sequences, manage enrichment and contractors, ensure CRM data quality, and measure pipeline generation and conversion. This individual contributor role is expected to build a team as the function scales.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for Assured's AI platform, focusing on B2B sales in the healthcare sector, building relationships, and driving revenue.

Own the AI healthcare product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, define product goals, and collaborate closely with engineering and design from specification through launch. Analyze code and data, write requirements, ship product changes, execute rollout plans, and communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on automating healthcare credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment processes.

Own full sales cycle for Assured's AI platform to provider groups, MSOs, and health systems. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals; manage 30+ active opportunities; build executive relationships; translate customer pain into ROI; collaborate with marketing/product/ops; and mentor junior team members and BDRs.
