Who We Are:
Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is one of the largest providers of document services in the United States. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing leader who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will oversee marketing and creative teams while remaining closely involved in planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives from trade shows and newsletters to website content, webinars, and internal communications. You’ll serve as the steward of FSSI’s brand, voice, and visual identity internally and externally.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Hybrid schedule option available, working from home 2 days a week after the successful completion of an initial training period of no less than 90 days.

Your Essential Duties:
- Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing and Creative teams in a collaborative, hands-on environment
- Own FSSI’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all locations, channels and events.
- Enhance current and propose new marketing strategies aligned with FSSI’s business objectives.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of annual marketing themes, calendars, newsletters, campaigns, and client-facing materials
- Oversee website content, SEO strategy, analytics, and ongoing updates
- Coordinate webinars, press releases, and external communications
- Partner with Business Development and Client Services to create brochures, case studies, presentations, promotional outreach, and training materials
- Support CRM-based marketing campaigns and lead list management
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and performance insights
- Manage internal communications and events, including quarterly all-employee meetings and branded initiatives
- Oversee performance reviews, goal-setting and ongoing feedback for the Marketing and Creative Services teams
- Evaluate marketing performance using analytics, KPIs, and reporting
- Represent FSSI at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed
- Propose annual department budgets and review monthly expenses with the CEO.
- Evaluate and help implement marketing tools and technology that support marketing and business development efforts, including CRM, marketing automation, variable data print, and campaign management.
- Work with Executive Management to evaluate new opportunities and measure success and impact of existing initiatives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Marketing and management.
- Experience in mid-sized organizations.
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Direct experience in document production and critical communications is a plus.
- Strong background in brand management, communications, and integrated marketing.
- Comfortable being both a leader and a doer.
- Strong customer service philosophy and attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Effective team building and creative abilities.

Hiring Pay Range (annual salary): $130,000 - $155,000
Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (working from home 2 days a week)
