and lowering company healthcare costs. Our integrated GLP-1 medication weight management

program utilizes state-of-the-art at-home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth

services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence

and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.
 

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team at our Miami, FL

headquarters. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing
strategies that enhance eMed's brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer
loyalty.

You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with cross-functional departments to

ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary

leader with a proven track record in healthcare marketing, exceptional communication skills, and

the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve company goals.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with eMed’s goals and objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and define the roadmap for growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO & COO to align marketing efforts with overall

business objectives and growth targets.

• Brand Management: Oversee all brand management activities, ensuring a consistent

and compelling brand message across all channels. Create and execute integrated

marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email,

content marketing, and events.

• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing,

social media, and content marketing. Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Customer Acquisition: Design and execute customer acquisition strategies to attract

and retain clients. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing funnels.

• Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that educates, engages, and

inspires our target audience. Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos,

webinars, and more.

• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive

landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Measure and report

on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and drive

continuous improvement.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient

allocation of resources to achieve the best results. Track performance metrics, and

provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the sales and business

development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts. Identify and

establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand our reach. Foster

relationships with key stakeholders, including large employers, state/federal

governments, unions, and payers, to drive program adoption and success.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,

competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing

strategies.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA

preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,

preferably within the healthcare or health tech industry. Experience in the wellness or

weight loss industry is a plus.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and

campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and

analytics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable marketing

plans.

• Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key

stakeholders.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and

analytics software.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
