Job Summary
The Director, MarTech Transformation will be responsible for leading, developing and executing Optimum's MarTech needs & capabilities in a support function helping to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across B2C acquisition, customer base marketing, and B2B. This position sits within our media team, and is core to enabling the technology that backs media activation, powering audience and analytics. You will be collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize the value and ROI of our MarTech investments, and advance the roadmap of our tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Optimum's MarTech & AdTech capabilities strategy by identifying best-in-class platforms for media management activities, including audience activation and measurement• Support the implementation and adoption of the DMP & CDP roadmap including use case development, data ingestion, measurement & optimization• Own the implementation & ongoing maintenance of MarTech tools such as the CDP, driving builds & troubleshooting with support resources• Build & advance Optimum's media measurement & optimization capabilities, including call analytics, identity resolution, & personalization tools (i.e. DCO), leveraging these to deliver on KPI's• Lead internal & enternal staff in implementating & optimizing Optimum's MarTech use cases• Monitor performance of key use cases and initiatives against Optimum's business KPI's, and execute optimizations in collaboration with partners• Evaluate new MarTech & Ad Tech opportunities, and review and negotiate contracts with key vendors• Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, analytics, IT, and marketing teams to influence cross-functionally in an effort to build & deploy MarTech use cases• Project manage new MarTech implementations• Manage vendor relationships and resources, both business and technical, inclusive of overseas resources• Understand customer journeys from media to various sales channels and use analytics tools to articulate friction points• Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation as related to day-to-day oversight of audience & analytics related activities• Stay abreast of industry trends as related to technology & media best practices
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in MarTech/Ad Tech in an agency or client side capacity, ideally in telecommunications • Proven experience managing MarTech tools and programs, with a track record of successful implementation and adoption• Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including DMP/CDP, DCO and other personalization tools, web analytics tools, and journey management tools• Deep understanding of digital identity concepts• Ability to articulate complicated and technical concepts to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, and generate support for initiatives • Understanding of database marketing, data management concepts, cloud platforms, & ad/web tracking technologies• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate the evolving landscape of digital marketing• Experience within the B2C and B2B space• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00 - $201,960.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
