Labcorp is hiring a Director, Marketing Technology Architect.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all marketing-technology related implementations and integration activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s marketing technology stack.
  • Provide solutions to either expand the use of existing tools or bring new tools to fill the business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technology.
  • Support the Senior Director of Marketing Technology in establishing governance and process to improve and roll out marketing technologies.
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technology platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MarTech to recommend continuous improvements and innovations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7 or more years of experience in Marketing Technology architecture, implementation, and management.
  • 1 or more years of experience in integration of Adobe product suite.
  • 1 or more years of experience leading global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in the diagnostic or biopharma industry.

Additional Qualifications

  • Current or previous Labcorp experience.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms, including CRM (SalesForce), marketing automation (Eloqua), analytics (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)
  • Solid understanding of data integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends in Marketing Technology and Digital Asset Management.
