Description:

Position Purpose:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving occupancy at Providence Place by leading and executing the community's marketing program. You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and foster strong relationships with prospects and referral sources.

Compensation: $66,560- $83,200 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure occupancy goals are met through proactive sales efforts.

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan that includes measurable targets across advertising, telemarketing, and community outreach.

  • Make strategic outside sales calls to attract new residents.

  • Host lead-generation programs and community events to drive interest.

  • Conduct educational programs to engage community employees in marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain and update a database of prospects, referral sources, and contacts.

  • Present annual competitive market analysis to the Board of Trustees.

  • Develop and nurture leads through personal appointments, tours, and follow-up communication.

  • Facilitate the leasing process and ensure a warm welcome for new residents.

  • Serve as a liaison between Providence Place and other community services supporting senior independence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in senior housing sales, with a proven track record.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software (REPS).

  • Experience in non-profit senior housing is a plus.
