Responsibilities
- The role involves complete ownership of a multi-channel growth strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and retention in United States and India.
- Growth & Performance Marketing - Execute paid acquisition campaigns across SEM, App Store, Social and programmatic platforms at optimal LTV/CAC through full-funnel performance optimization, including attribution, A/B testing, and creative iteration.
- Product Led Growth / Viral - Partner with product teams to build and optimize in-product growth loops
- Lifecycle Marketing - Drive engagement through push/email/personalized triggers
- Organic & Content-Led Growth - Scale SEO, ASO and content marketing through blogs, video explainers, long-tail financial education, social media marketing and storytelling.
- Business Development & Partnerships - Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic BD partnerships that drive user acquisition
- Community - Grow an owned community presence on relevant forums and social media.
- Influencer Marketing - Design and run scalable influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
- Brand & Communications - Develop a unique brand voice and visual identity. Lead PR, podcast sponsorships, industry thought leadership, and narrative development. Manage testimonials, reviews, and user advocacy content.
- Team Building & Leadership - Build, hire, and retain a high-performing marketing team across relevant key functions
- Data & Tooling - Own analytics dashboards and marketing tech stack, delivering clear performance insights and experimentation-led execution. Collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering teams on instrumentation, user segmentation, and event tracking.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep knowledge of unit economics, CAC/LTV, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Deep understanding of financial products and digital distribution channels
- Track record of success with PLG, Performance marketing, Content marketing and social/creator-led acquisition.
- Hands-on familiarity with the tool chain (eg Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SEMRush etc)
- Strong storytelling skills combined with a creative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years in B2C marketing with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership roles in fintech, consumer apps, or marketplaces.
- Academic combination of Engineering and Marketing degrees
- Experience owning multi-channel customer acquisition strategies at scale.
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing operations in a startup or fast-paced environment.
