- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions, including EHR system infrastructure, data storage (SAN/NAS), and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Ensure all infrastructure and systems are compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH, by implementing and managing robust security protocols, access controls, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead complex technical projects such as data center migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, and large-scale system integrations.
- Manage the P&L for the IT infrastructure program, with full responsibility for a budget of $3-5 million, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and financial forecasting.
