We are growing and will fill the new position as Director (m/f/d) Autostore Business Development EMEA.
You can be located and home-office based in EMEA.
Your tasks
Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Business Development team
Driving business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities as well as set and monitor ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the region
Responsible for regional sales growth and market expansion by strategic stearing of sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage
Your profile
Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
Proven experience in leading and developing distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
Experience with project and team management across regions
