Position Summary
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational investor relations activities of CTS EVENTIM. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a consistent, credible, and capital markets-oriented representation of the company, manage the ongoing dialogue with investors, analysts, and other capital market participants, and actively strengthen EVENTIM’s positioning within the financial markets.
This highly visible role is based in an international, publicly listed company and makes a direct contribution to the company's positioning in the capital markets. A key success factor will be the quality, clarity, and consistency of our external investor communications.
What you can expect
Develop and implement the Investor Relations strategy in close collaboration with the Executive Board and relevant business functions
Prepare, coordinate, and continuously enhance all ongoing capital market communications, particularly around quarterly and annual financial results
Take ownership of Investor Relations publications, presentations, Q&A documents, and executive briefing materials
Organize and manage earnings calls, investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, conferences, and capital market events
Lead all communication activities related to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in close cooperation with Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders
Own and continuously develop the Investor Relations presence, including governance-related and capital market documentation
Translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear, compelling, and audience-specific equity stories
Monitor capital market trends, analyst models, investor feedback, peer group developments, and shareholder structures
Prepare market and competitive analyses and derive actionable recommendations for the Executive Board and senior management
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant external communications in line with applicable capital markets regulations
Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Legal, Corporate Communications, ESG, and the business units
What you bring
Strong understanding of business models (ideally digital business models), value drivers, and strategic storytelling in an international business environment
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial metrics, company valuation, and capital market dynamics
Excellent understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to publicly listed companies, particularly regarding capital market communications, financial reporting, and corporate governance
Experience preparing quarterly and annual reporting, Annual General Meetings, as well as analyst and investor engagements
Experience interacting with international capital market participants and a strong ability to communicate effectively with global investors and analysts

Your Qualifications
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field of study
Several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Capital Markets Communications, or a comparable strategic interface function
Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

- Several years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Capital Markets Communications, or a comparable strategic interface function
