Position Highlights
Accountable for effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the department while managing the department's resources effectively and efficiently. Specific responsibilities includes all aspects of directing, development, planning, scheduling, and dealing with employee issues. The Director of LTC also must plan for staffing and fiscal budgeting for the department, as well as, being responsible for developing written job descriptions, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel performance.
Skills Required
- Experience in healthcare management or a related field
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Ability to manage staffing and evaluate performance
