Job DescriptionMid-tier, Longtail and FinTech are the most vibrant players in the payment ecosystem and contribute to our annual Marketing Services revenue. As we work towards delivering our 2030 growth strategy and achieving our future aspirations, we need to evolve our approach to design a web of partnerships and enablers to help our partners grow. We will also develop off the shelf modular solutions that can enable our partners be more agile in applying latest marketing services capabilities. We are searching for a Director of CEMEA Marketing Services to design and oversee the implementation of those solutions across our Marketing Services business.
This new role will develop a robust ecosystem, create set plays, and partner with the sub-regions and markets to ensure proper coverage and engagement with our longtail partners. The selected candidate will help design and lead go to market across CEMEA. This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Commercialization and Go to Market of CEMEA Marketing Services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Help designing and implementing frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting across all mid-tier and longtail partners
- Identify, secure and implement solutions for long tail and mid-tier partners
- Design a pricing methodology to be leveraged across the various solutions to ensure we’re pricing consistently across sub-regions with clear margin targets by project/solution type
- Represent Marketing Services’ interests and work closely with sub-region MS leads and BDs to ensure proper coverage and engagement with partners across CEMEA
- Contribute to Marketing Service’s 3-year growth strategy and extend to a 2030 view, coupled with robust financial modeling and identification of clear roadmap for our longtail partners
- Build and enable and menu of in-house and third party capabilities with proper quality control and management
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Help designing and implementing frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting across all mid-tier and longtail partners
- Identify, secure and implement solutions for long tail and mid-tier partners
- Design a pricing methodology to be leveraged across the various solutions to ensure we’re pricing consistently across sub-regions with clear margin targets by project/solution type
- Represent Marketing Services’ interests and work closely with sub-region MS leads and BDs to ensure proper coverage and engagement with partners across CEMEA
- Contribute to Marketing Service’s 3-year growth strategy and extend to a 2030 view, coupled with robust financial modeling and identification of clear roadmap for our longtail partners
- Build and enable and menu of in-house and third party capabilities with proper quality control and management
- Background in digital marketing or partnership marketing is preferred but not required
- Understanding of the Marketing Services business and operating model is strongly preferred
- Exceptionally strong financial acumen with ability to structure and analyze financial models. P&L understanding is a must.
- Deep understanding of the media and digital ecosystem across CEMEA
- Proven track record of success independently driving large, complex programs of work.Creative thinker with a results orientation who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) including an ability to succinctly synthesize complexity and influence senior audiences.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and experience in building new frameworks and processes.
- A great team member who adds energy, ideas and fun to our team and corporate culture.
- Experience and/or interest in working in a regional role spanning multiple locations, cultures and time zones preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
This position will be based out of Dubai Office.
