Job DescriptionDirector, IT, Fortune Brands Innovations Group, Inc., Deerfield, IL. Implement & maintain CRM/CX & SCM systems incl. Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS Order Management, iStore, Product Data Hub Cloud & all related processes & interfaces; Lead team responsible for day-to-day system & support on Oracle, or similar ERP applications incl. user setup, management, & training; Identify, document, quantify, & implement system & process enhancements in collaboration w/ cross-functional business teams; Manage upgrade of all the applications & new feature & module implementations; Design, develop, & deploy OTBI reports to support business requirements; Establish & manage key performance indicators to measure & improve processes/systems including data quality & governance. 10% travel; 40% telecommuting; can live anywhere in the U.S. Co headquarters in Deerfield, IL.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree & 5 yrs of experience as an IT Business Analyst CRM; Sr. Manager, IT; Consultant or related position.
Of experience required, must have: Facilitate business requirements discussions & create detailed business requirement & design documents (5 yrs); Maintain configurations, reports & workflows within cloud based CRM applications to align with evolving business needs (5 yrs); Implement & support Oracle cloud CRM tools like Oracle Sale Cloud, Oracle CRM On Demand, Eloqua or iStore (3 yrs); Implement & support Oracle ERP & SCM tools like Oracle EBS Order Management & Product Data Hub Cloud (5 yrs); Design integrations between cloud CRM tools including Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CRM On Demand & Oracle E-Business suite using middleware/web services (5 yrs); Configure field & page layouts, workflows, field validations & reports in cloud CRM tools including Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CRM On Demand (5 yrs).
10% domestic travel required; 40% telecommuting allowed; can live anywhere in the U.S.; co headquarters in Deerfield, IL.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $142,000 - $218,900 USD. An employee’s actual salary within the range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
