As the Director - IT Technology Engineering and Innovation GDC, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead our high-reaching infrastructure teams. You will play a vital role in settling strategic vision, mentoring exceptionally skilled IT professionals, and ensuring the flawless integration of technology solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure and innovation.
• Lead and mentor a team with multifaceted strengths of IT professionals, encouraging excellence and innovation.
• Coordinate the management and optimization of services to meet Micron's objectives
• Foster collaboration with teams from various functions to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Promote new technologies and standard methodologies to improve digital capabilities.
• Lead and manage sophisticated IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to budget and quality standards.
• Implement robust security measures to protect the organization's data and IT assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent leadership abilities and effective planning skills.
• Expertise in IT engineering and delivery of services across multiple diverse technical practices
• Demonstrable ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

• A Master's degree is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will also be considered.
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on data centers, databases, cloud infrastructure, and network services.
• Proven track record of leading and managing diverse IT teams.
• Superb communication and collaboration skills.
