The IT Procurement Director partners closely with Global Technology, Digital Services, Cyber Security, Finance, Legal, and operating-unit leaders to enable Coca‑Cola’s digital and technology transformation agenda while ensuring governance, compliance, and measurable strategic value. We are looking for a proactive leader who is comfortable operating in a matrix, builds strong internal and supplier relationships, leads with integrity and inclusion, brings excellent negotiation skills, and delivers results through disciplined execution.
What You’ll Do for Us
Own Global IT Sub-Category Strategy
Develop and execute sub-category strategies for digital technology services. This could include sub-categories such as IT professional services, cloud, infrastructure, application services and enterprise software.
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.
Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, cost avoidance, and working‑capital improvements across the technology portfolio.
Lead Strategic Supplier Relationships
Build long‑term, trust‑based partnerships with strategic technology and software suppliers; position Coca‑Cola as a customer of choice through transparency and mutual respect.
Co-create roadmaps with suppliers to drive transformation, innovation, and outcome‑based delivery models.
Align internal stakeholders and suppliers through change; manage risk and ensure continuity while maintaining flexible relationships.
Enable Technology & Digital Transformation
Partner with Technology leaders to support modernization initiatives across customer & commercial, cloud infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and enterprise platforms.
Provide commercial leadership for large‑scale technology programs, transformations, and renewals.
Translate technology roadmaps into aligned sourcing strategies with key business leaders.
Drive Commercial Excellence & Governance
Negotiate and manage complex, multi‑year global contracts aligned with corporate mandates, compliance standards, and risk controls.
Establish and maintain governance routines (e.g., QBRs, KPIs/SLAs) to manage performance, risk, and compliance across supplier relationships.
Lead financial modeling, benchmarking, and business case development to inform executive decision‑making.
Stakeholder Leadership & Influence
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Services, and Operating Units.
Act as a strategic advisor, providing commercial insights and recommendations to support technology and investment decisions.
Influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights, clear communication, and sound commercial judgment.
Advise on sourcing strategy, market trends, supplier innovation opportunities, and emerging technology considerations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, with deep exposure to IT services and software categories.
Proven experience leading complex global negotiations and managing large‑scale supplier relationships.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable cost optimization and value‑creation outcomes.
Strong understanding of technology markets, vendor ecosystems, and commercial models.
Experience operating in a large, matrixed, global organization.
