Your role
Develop and promote the digital workplace strategy for more than 1.000 Statista employees worldwide
Steer provisioning and operations of all physical endpoint devices, office network and global enterprise software platforms
Manage company-wide software license and operations costs, streamline software asset portfolio
Maintain and evolve reliable, lean and highly responsive routines for employee service requests for user, device and software provisioning
Evolve AI ecosystem and governance for internal productivity gains
Drive continuous improvement of costs, performance and reliability
Ensure security, compliance and business continuity in operations processes, systems and endpoints
Disciplinary leadership five teams and about 35 team members
Your profile
10+ years’ experience in comparable roles in IT Operations for distributed organizations
Proven track record in delivering measurable impact on operating costs and end user productivity
Strong expertise in designing and operating processes and tooling for service request management
Hands-on experience in delivering AI solutions for productivity wins both within Operations and for enabling business functions
Good communication skills, capable to win buy-in of senior management for standardization and policy compliance
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
