The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an IT Director, Governance and Transformation you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
How you will make an impact
- Define, operationalize, and orchestrate the IT Governance approach and cadence
- Partner with the Transformation Management Office to harmonize and optimize cross-functional governance
- Support IT senior leadership with executive slides and dashboards for Board and Leadership Team-level reporting
- Lead Transformation initiatives for the IT organization as identified by the Chief Information and Digital Officer and VP of Transformation, Strategy, and Operations
- Drive leading practices across IT playbooks and execution throughout IT domains (e.g. M&A/D, Program and Project Management, Portfolio Management and Strategy)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience, OR Master’s Degree AND a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology, Program Management, or related roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 10 years of experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures
- 10 years of experience working with globally distributed teams
- 5 years of experience with directly managing people
- 5 years of experience leading IT Transformation programs
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s or MBA degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a high-pressure environment
- An ability to motivate others to embrace change
Work location: Hybrid
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic and up to 10% international
