About the role

Are you ready to lead and modernize the IT backbone of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy? As Director IT Enterprise Systems, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling and optimizing our enterprise systems landscape, managing a team of nearly 50 professionals. Your leadership will shape the future of our finance, supply chain, HR, ERP, and WMS operations, helping us deliver smarter, faster, and better services to our customers.

You will drive innovation by leveraging automation, AI, and analytics, enhancing system reliability, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making.

About your tasks

• Lead & inspire teams managing key enterprise systems, including ERP (Microsoft), finance, supply chain, HR (Workday), and WMS.
• Drive digital transformation, optimizing core business processes through automation and data-driven improvements.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our administrative IT landscape, custom applications, and automation initiatives.
• Define & execute long-term IT strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Enhance service delivery through proactive stakeholder management, ensuring IT solutions meet business needs.Enhance service delivery through proactive stakeholder management, ensuring Enterprise Systems meets business needs.
• Ensure continuous improvement in ERP and enterprise applications, increasing automation, integration, and value flow.
• Manage vendors & budgets to optimize system performance, cost-effectiveness, and future-readiness.

About you

• Proven expertise in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft) across multiple modules.
• Deep understanding of business processes and data flows in large-scale IT environments.
• Leadership experience in managing IT teams, large-scale projects and enterprise transformation initiatives. Passionate about automation and improving system efficiency to drive business growth.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, bridging the gap between IT and business.
