Role Summary:
The Director of International Insights & Analytics is a key member of the International Insights, Analytics & Commercial Operations (IIACO) Leadership Team. This role is responsible for leading a team focused on forecasting, data analytics, and insights within the International Commercial organization. The position delivers actionable Insights to enhance program operations and execution against goals. The Director will oversee forecasting models and processes, manage analytics and market research projects, and lead the innovation engine to optimize commercial delivery through advanced analytics, AI and automation. This is a highly visible position, with regular interactions with Senior Leadership at the regional, international and global level.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the IIACO International Leadership Team, setting the vision for data insights and analytics in program operations and innovation.
Acting as an IIACO Business Partner to internal stakeholders and Senior Leadership, delivering high-quality data reporting and insights to drive data-based decisions.
Lead Cell & Gene Therapy forecasting processes in partnership with Finance, including the development and management of forecasting models.
Drive continuous improvement by championing AI and automation, integrating new data sets, and developing tools and solutions to optimize daily operations.
Manage analytics and market research project portfolios, including external budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
Lead the “International Analytics Hub” and oversee the International Steering/Governance committee for analytics roadmap and deliverables.
Provide foundational reporting and in-depth analyses to help cross-functional commercial teams identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Inspire and coach a high-performing team of employees and contractors/vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Champion a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance within the team and organization.
Knowledge & Skills:
Deep knowledge and experience in forecasting and analytics
Experience in AI and automation, identifying opportunities, partnering with technology stakeholders and implementing solutions through effective change management
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking and self-prioritized workload.
Builds rapport and credibility with key stakeholders including senior leadership and is comfortable leading without authority across functions and geographies.

Expertise in primary and secondary market research projects, particularly in the international region, including collaboration with agency partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluent in verbal and written English. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint required
