Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Director, Integration Management Office (IMO) to lead enterprise integration planning and execution at Brink’s. In this role, you will establish the integration governance model, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure synergy, milestone, and risk management across all workstreams. This is a high-visibility leadership role suited for candidates with a background in consulting, transformation, corporate development integration, or enterprise PMO leadership who are comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving structure, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Execution Leadership
Lead end-to-end integration management across the business
Translate transaction or transition objectives into an executable integration roadmap with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
Drive business accountability to ensure timely execution against pre-execution planning, integration plans, synergy targets, and Day 1 / Day 100 priorities
Governance, Cadence, and Operating Rhythm
Stand up and lead IMO governance structures, decision forums, and reporting cadence
Support development of and tracking against master calendar – driving execution of critical milestones
Facilitate executive-level reviews, steering committees, and issue resolution sessions
Own action tracking, decision logs, escalation pathways, and integration reporting standards
Risk, Dependency, and Synergy Management
Identify, monitor, and proactively escalate key integration risks, interdependencies, and execution bottlenecks
Support tracking of synergy initiatives, cost actions, and operational readiness milestones as applicable
Partner with leaders to develop mitigation plans and ensure follow-through on critical issues
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Partner directly with senior leaders, workstream owners, and corporate functions to align priorities and resolve trade-offs
Act as the central coordination point across integration workstreams and ensure clarity of ownership
Support executive communications and change management planning related to integration activities
Process & Tool Development
Build and scale IMO tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes
Standardize integration playbooks, workplans, and governance artifacts for repeatable execution
Support ongoing maturity of integration capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
Experience
7–12+ years of experience in management consulting, integration management, transformation, corporate strategy, or enterprise PMO leadership
Experience leading large, cross-functional integration or transformation programs required
M&A integration, carve-out, outsourcing transition, or enterprise operating model change experience strongly preferred
Core Capabilities

Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high accountability
Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear executive messaging

Experience with project / portfolio tools (e.g., Shibumi, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Preferred Profile
Background in consulting or similar high-performance environment
Experience building governance, reporting, and execution infrastructure from the ground up
- Proven ability to work directly with executives, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and drive action across matrixed teams
