Role Summary
Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Director, Field & Account Strategy: a senior individual contributor who drives field and account strategy across the Specialty Care portfolio through the insights and analytics that inform it. Sitting within the Customer Strategy team and aligned to the US Commercial customer-engagement organization, this above-brand role frames the field and account business problems, delivers the analyses that answer them, and enables executional excellence across customer-facing teams.
The Director is a trusted thought partner to sales leadership, National Sales Directors, the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), and key and national account teams, translating field execution, account performance, and customer intelligence into analyses that sharpen deployment, targeting, and account strategy. As a portfolio-level, above-brand capability, the role also holds the institutional knowledge and continuity that keep the field and account partnership strong across brands and across cycles. They bring these questions to life with IIS-built AI-powered tools and personally deliver the high-quality, timely insight that moves decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive brand consultant with a proven record of framing, designing, and delivering analytic solutions to challenging business situations. They pair in-depth command of multiple analytic disciplines with a sharp sense of what strong, timely insight looks like, and they bring exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a spirit of innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking that drives competitive advantage. A collaborative operator and an outstanding listener, they influence through the quality of their thinking, carry the presence to partner credibly with senior brand and portfolio leaders, and communicate with clarity and impact in writing and in the room.
