As the Director, Inside Sales CSB, you will lead and develop the Inside Sales organization responsible for driving revenue across new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, and digital/e-commerce channels. This role owns the performance, strategy, and operational discipline of a fast-paced sales engine, ensuring the team exceeds monthly and annual revenue targets through accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Own Inside Sales revenue goals across new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), net revenue retention (NRR), and digital/e-commerce sales.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Inside Sales Representatives, each carrying a $3,000 monthly MRR quota.
• Implement strategies designed to improve outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline progression.
• Manage forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and Salesforce discipline to ensure predictable and scalable results.
• Partner with Marketing to execute lead follow-up strategies, nurture inbound demand, and support integrated campaign effectiveness.
• Enhance Inside Sales operational performance through improved cadences, process refinement, reporting visibility, and e-commerce optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Field Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support customer needs and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience through consultative selling and effective communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
• Proven success leading Inside Sales or SDR teams.
• Strong understanding of quotas, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), forecasting, and sales KPIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and high-velocity sales environments.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

• Experience in telecom, cloud, security, or managed services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cisco, or security solutions.
• Multi-channel sales leadership experience (inside, digital, SDR, partner).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with periodic extended hours as business needs dictate.
