This position can be based in either Schiller Park, IL, Pompano Beach, FL or Glen Allen, VA.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue 
  • Create team performance KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching 
  • Establish and maintain sales processes, scripts, and best practices to improve efficiency and conversion rates 
  • Collaborate with field sales and portfolio teams to align on campaigns and customer outreach strategies 
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast sales performance accurately 
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity 
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity 
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.
  • Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

    Other Functions:

    • Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Normal office environment

    Equipment/Machinery Used:

    • Telephone, copier, computer (or tablet), fax machine, calculator.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
    • 3–7 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; wine industry experience preferred
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills 
    • Experience in managing remote teams strongly preferred
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions 
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills
    • Hybrid Work Schedule: Required in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with additional in-office attendance required as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated in-office days.

    Skills Required
