Core Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams on 1 year-play Big Bet Delivery through Agile innovation methods

Drive Innovation projects, for the world's biggest brands, from concept to shelf - including product and packaging development, commercial guidance of product taste, research efforts to deliver the best product to market

Partner with portfolio of Brand, Consumer Insights & Sales partners, external/internal creative agencies, and technical cross-functional teams to develop and deliver new products on scope and schedule.

Manage and develop relationships with packaging design agencies, ingredient and packaging suppliers to enable opportunities for long-term capability investments

Job Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Product Development, Operational functions or similar
• Knowledge of beverage industry and/or CPG
• Strong passion for consumer led innovation
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, agile work environment
• Strong story-telling and presentation skills
• Ability to obtain and translate data to drive clear decisions with Sr. Leaders
• Proficient in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus

Preferred:

• Experience managing relationship with creative agencies and external partners
• Knowledge and understanding of beer or beverage operations
• Balance of creative and analytical mindset
