ROLE SUMMARY:
We are searching for top talent to join the Innovation Team. Our team is at the heart of the Marketing transformation strategy that drives Anheuser-Busch's growth agenda. The individual who will excel in this role will ensure continuity across Stage Gate governance, innovation performance tracking, business cycle planning, and operating rhythm enablement, supporting cross-functional alignment and leadership decision making.
As a Dir., Innovation – Strategy & Finance, you will play a key role in enabling the successful execution and commercialization of Anheuser-Busch's innovation pipeline. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Supply, and Finance to drive planning, governance, performance management, and operating rhythms that provide structure and accountability throughout the innovation process. In addition, this role will help identify opportunities to strengthen innovation planning and execution through market insights, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Innovation Business Planning & Commercialization Support: Lead planning and management of innovation business cycles, development timelines, and commercialization milestones to ensure successful execution of product launches and market readiness.
Stage Gate Governance & Operating Rhythm Leadership: Own and facilitate Stage Gate governance processes, monthly innovation review cycles, and leadership forums. Drive alignment, accountability, and decision making across stakeholder groups while ensuring compliance with innovation guidelines and business processes.
Innovation Performance Management & Insights: Lead innovation performance tracking and reporting routines, developing dashboards and business reviews that provide visibility into launch performance, key risks, opportunities, and learnings. Translate complex data into actionable insights for both innovation teams and senior leadership.
Budget Planning & Financial Management: Partner with Finance to support annual planning, budget management, forecasting, and tracking of innovation investments.
Cross-Functional Program Management: Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Brand, Supply, Insights, Finance, Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams. Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and key decisions throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Market Insights and Pipeline Support Mapping: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities that inform innovation planning, commercialization strategies, and future pipeline development.
Execution Excellence: Drive structure and accountability across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while ensuring successful delivery of key business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Innovation, Strategy, Marketing, or Sales — ideally within a fast-paced, highly innovative consumer products environment.
Must be in office 5 days a week.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in operations/industrial engineering or another analytical field.
Proven track record of driving planning and process and delivering business impact.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — able to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
Curious mindset and quick learner — able to grasp industry dynamics, company priorities, and internal systems rapidly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
