  • Translating client needs into suitable interim management mandates and commercial opportunities.
  • Partnering closely with colleagues to identify and recommend highly qualified interim managers from the Atreus network for client assignments.
  • Managing mandates in a professional, pragmatic and solutions-oriented manner, while maintaining focus on execution and measurable client impact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building long-term, trusted client relationships through regular and credible interaction.
  • Utilizing personal market knowledge and network to expand business within the infrastructure and major projects sector.
  • Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation of commercial activity, client interactions and mandate progress in CRM systems and related tools.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and integrity in all client, candidate and internal interactions.
  • Maintaining and developing job-related knowledge through continuous learning and by keeping current with relevant project, market and transformation developments.
  • Contributing to the broader team environment through collaboration and support of common business goals.

Role Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or management of complex, enterprise-wide major projects involving multiple stakeholders, for example in transformation, post-merger integration, digitalization or efficiency programs.
  • Strong understanding of project dynamics in large corporations and mid-sized companies.
  • Experience in national and international project environments, with prior leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated career progression with responsibility for projects and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, combined with a systemic perspective.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with top decision-makers, including in demanding project situations.
  • Demonstrated business development capability, including an active network and experience in strategically expanding client relationships.
  • Strong service orientation and a clear commitment to quality and client solutions.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, resilience, organization and professional presence.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined documentation practices.
