Accountability for hybrid infrastructure platforms supporting global manufacturing, enterprise, and AI workloads. Leadership of a geographically distributed organization. Direct impact on infrastructure reliability, manufacturing uptime, cost optimization, and engineering velocity
  • Key Outcomes - Clear end-to-end ownership of hybrid infrastructure with reduced decision latency and execution gaps. Modernized data center and cloud platforms aligned to future AI and manufacturing scale requirements. Improved service reliability, faster incident resolution, and stronger operational predictability. Stronger leadership bench with clear growth paths for managers and senior engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, data center operations, or cloud platforms
  • 5+ years leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering or operations organizations
  • Strong background in on-prem infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, platforms) and public cloud environments
  • Demonstrated ownership of high-availability, mission-critical services in 24x7 environments
  • Experience driving infrastructure modernization, consolidation, or large-scale transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting AI, HPC, or high-density compute environments
  • Familiarity with FinOps, cost governance, and infrastructure financial transparency
  • Strong understanding of observability, reliability engineering, and automation practices
  • Proven ability to rebuild teams, develop leaders, and establish succession plans
