The Role

Kleen Test Products Corporation is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of IT to lead the optimization of our technology infrastructure, applications, and data systems. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning IT innovation with business goals, ensuring system reliability and security, and maximizing our return on IT investments.

You’ll partner closely with leadership, operations, and regulatory functions to support scalable growth, streamline processes, and deliver enterprise-wide technology solutions that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead company-wide IT initiatives that support strategic business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure: operating systems, networks, telecom, hardware, cybersecurity, and peripheral systems.
  • Align technology solutions with evolving business needs using cost-effective and future-ready architecture.
  • Translate business needs into technical strategies—balancing short-term performance and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure consistent system uptime and support availability for business-critical applications (ERP, WMS, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Lead the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure system integrity, compliance, and uniformity.
  • Optimize IT spending through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and performance benchmarking.
  • Build a strong security posture across all environments to mitigate IT risks including data loss, system downtime, and unauthorized access.
  • Drive continuous improvement by delivering high-impact user training, support, and change management.

As a respected leader in contract manufacturing, Kleen Test Products is committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital future, supporting teams across the business, and driving value through technology.

We believe in people-first leadership, bold ideas, and delivering results that matter—for our customers, employees, and partners alike.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Visionary leadership and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for data integrity, system performance, and user enablement.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with confidence.
  • Professional, clear communication—both written and verbal—with teams at all levels.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to “think on your feet” under pressure.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in IT leadership roles.
  • Advanced education/certification in Computer Science or related field required.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (Syspro preferred), WMS, MS SQL, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure operations, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional IT initiatives and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Entra), and systems analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled communicator, capable of translating technical language to business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment & Travel
  • Frequent on-site presence at multiple KTP locations.
  • Occasional exposure to electrical/mechanical parts and production areas.
  • Required use of PPE (safety glasses, lab coat, hearing protection as needed).
  • Travel required to support facility needs and cross-location collaboration.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and carry IT equipment.
