Role Overview
As a Director, Information Systems, you are a strategic leader who owns the design, implementation, and scaling of our enterprise technology ecosystem. You translate complex business needs into robust technical architecture, ensuring corporate systems are secure, integrated, and optimized for hyper-growth. You lead your team to effectively deliver customer and business value, coaching and developing your direct reports while collaborating cross-functionally to build trusting connections with stakeholders. You possess a deep technical foundation combined with the business acumen necessary to govern corporate applications, identity management, HRIS frameworks, and enterprise data workflows across the organization.
Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
What you do each day:
- Formulate the long-term roadmap for enterprise core systems, HRIS networks, and corporate financial software integrations to support continuous organizational scalability
- Oversee the global architecture and administration of internal platforms, Corporate Directory Services, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce strict data governance, business continuity plans, and information security protocols across all systems
- Architect scalable automated workflows between cross-functional business platforms to optimize operational efficiency and minimize data silos
- Lead a high-performing team of information systems engineers and administrators, fostering professional development and technical mastery
- Manage vendor relationships, technology contract negotiations, and the software procurement budget to ensure optimal return on investment
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for system uptime, ticket resolution, and implementation delivery timelines to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with executives across the People, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to align technology deployments with shifting business priorities
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in information systems, corporate technology infrastructure, or business applications management, with at least 3 years in a dedicated leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required
- Extensive experience scaling enterprise identity governance, HRIS platforms, and core productivity ecosystems
- Proven track record managing enterprise integrations and data syncs across core business systems (i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning software, Customer Relationship Management platforms)
- Deep understanding of information security frameworks, compliance auditing, and access control models
- Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
- Strong background in vendor management, software license optimization, and annual budget planning
What will help you succeed:
- A rich portfolio of active, self-directed exploration showing either an exceptional breadth of cross-functional interests or a profound depth of specialized mastery
- Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
- Inspire, motivate, and advocate for team members by serving as a spokesperson and key leader
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical business leaders
- A holistic systems-thinking mindset that prioritizes long-term scalable architecture over temporary quick fixes
