We are looking for a Director of Indirect Sourcing – DT Services, Transformation & Innovation to lead the strategy, modernization, and performance of our global sourcing and vendor ecosystem across Information & Digital Technology (IDT/DT) services.In this role, you will oversee a large portfolio of IT and digital service providers, software and cloud platforms, managed services partners, and emerging technology vendors. You will drive sourcing transformation through AI, advance digital innovation, optimize total cost of ownership, and strengthen relationships with key partners. What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership and Transformation
• Develop and execute a sourcing and transformation strategy aligned to enterprise priorities
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve performance, and accelerate digital innovation
AI-Driven Procurement Innovation
• Integrate AI technologies into sourcing and procurement workflows
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance analytics, automation, and forecasting
IT and Digital Services Sourcing
• Lead sourcing strategies across IT services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, and infrastructure
• Oversee complex contract structures including MSAs, renewals, and licensing agreements
Vendor and Risk Management
• Lead frameworks for evaluation, selection, performance management, and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, SOX, PCI, and related regulatory requirements
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
• Modernize tools and streamline processes to improve procurement effectiveness
• Promote ongoing improvement using AI, insights, and lean methodologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with IT/DT, Legal, Finance, and Security teams to align strategies with business needs
Change Management
• Drive adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization
• Build training and communication to support readiness and engagement
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a sourcing and vendor management team
• Set goals, coach talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or IT vendor management, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, digital transformation, and cross-functional teams
• Experience negotiating complex IT, software, and cloud contracts
• Hands-on coding experience, including proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or AI-related applications
• Ability to build or understand scripts, automate workflows, manipulate datasets, or collaborate with technical teams using Python
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and vendor governance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree (MBA, Engineering, or IT)
• Experience leading AI-driven projects or familiarity with ML, NLP, automation, or similar technologies
• Experience in enterprise IT ecosystems or digital transformation environments
• Familiarity with IT risk identification frameworks and financial risk tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive innovation
