Director, Independent Demand Facilitation

The Director, Independent Demand Facilitation (Sales) works closely with senior sales leadership to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers in the digital video ecosystem.
In This Role You Will:

• Create, implement and own a sales pipeline, engaging with independent advertising agencies and in-housed advertisers in the Southeast Territory (GA, AL, TN, KY, MS, TBD NC, SC)
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle
• Determine client needs and ensure proper contract execution for managed services (I/O) as well as programmatic buying
• Work proactively with internal teams to convey relevant and appropriate reporting to clients
• Continuously grow revenue in order to meet or exceed goals
• Contribute meaningfully to the team beyond revenue generation and adhere to a high standard of excellence
• Directly manage and mentor a local director and TBD others in the future.
• Other duties as assigned by management

We're Looking For Someone With:

• Experience as a sales hunter who can leverage their existing contacts with independent advertising and media agencies to build a large book of business
• Demonstrated success with managed service/direct IO buyers, particularly linear TV and broadcast decision-makers
• A high level of integrity, empathy, compelling presentation/active listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong self-determination and ability to work, create, and solve independently
• A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from diverse accounts
• Knowledge of various buying pathways, supply path optimization, and direct IO/programmatic buying in video ad tech
• 8 years of digital ad sales experience with a record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
• Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides, Tableau experience
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
