Position Summary

As the Director of Implementation at Vivante Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our GIThrive solution with our employer and health plan clients. You will lead a team of implementation specialists, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the digital health landscape, and a passion for driving positive health outcomes through innovative technology.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementation Leadership: Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the implementation team, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process of our GIThrive program 

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their unique needs, and aligning implementation strategies with their objectives

  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a fast-growing implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and project milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and client success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and post-implementation support.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track implementation progress, measure client satisfaction, and report results to senior management.

Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience (2+ years in leadership) in digital health implementation, project management, or a similar leadership role in the healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, grow and manage cross-functional teams, driving projects to successful completion 

  • In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies and implementation processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels 

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or employers in the implementation of digital health solutions is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • A passion for improving health outcomes through technology and innovation

Compensation Range: $165K - $175K
