Position Summary: 

This position leads the IGA Engineering function within our enterprise security organization. The IGA team provides strategic leadership to ensure all access management processes are implemented in compliance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements. The role will provide vision and direction for technology solutions and innovative approaches to address current and future needs across multiple business units.  The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, experience leading large teams of IT professionals, and can effectively communicate technical concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategy & Planning:  Lead development and implementation of comprehensive IGA strategy aligned with organizational goals, including initiatives related to cloud migration, zero-trust architecture, and other emerging technologies. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including CISO, CTO, CIO, and business leaders to develop roadmaps and policies. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Solution Delivery:  Oversee design, deployment, and support of IAM tools and infrastructure, ensuring they meet operational requirements and performance expectations. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

• Operations & Governance:  Establish effective governance structures and operating models to manage risk and ensure appropriate use of IGA capabilities. Develop metrics and reporting to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

• Team Development:  Foster a culture of excellence within the IGA team by recruiting top talent, providing opportunities for growth and development, and promoting collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Information Technology or related field), or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in information technology, preferably in security and/or identity and access management roles.

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams of IT professionals.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing IAM solutions using modern technologies like SAML, OIDC, LDAP, Active Directory, and IDPs.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Azure AD and AWS IAM.

• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO27K, NIST).

• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, etc., preferred.
