The Director, Hyperscale Operations is responsible for overseeing portfolio-level change management, process management, and reporting functions that support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects. This role leads a team that serves as a critical integrator across data center design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams in integrating business functions and reporting on performance, risks, and revenue outcomes across the client delivery lifecycle.
What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)
- Establish clear priorities, accountability, alignment, and integration across the change management, process management, business reporting, and project teams
- Oversee the integration of processes, execution workflows, and reporting across hyperscale portfolios.
- Ensure alignment between lease obligations, construction delivery, operational readiness, and revenue timing.
- Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional alignment across data center design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, operations, sales, and delivery teams.
- Act as a central coordination point for coordination with customers and tenants at the portfolio level.
- Maintain visibility into portfolio-level delivery performance, identifying risks, gaps, and execution challenges
- Ensure early identification and escalation of process breakdowns and partner with project teams to drive resolution
- Oversee development of portfolio-level reporting, forecasts, and analytics for clear leadership visibility into delivery readiness, revenue timing and variance, recovery exposure, and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement across process design, execution consistency, and data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Support executive reviews, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.
- Translate operational and financial data into concise, leadership-ready narratives.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data center delivery, change management, process management, real estate development, business integration, or related field.
- Experience developing and implementing standardized processes or operational workflows and reporting.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong ability to lead teams in a rapidly growing industry and organization
