Director of Hygiene Development & Innovation (Northeast)

• Strategic Leadership:
  
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hygienists at all levels, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as a driving force in leading hygienists toward adopting groundbreaking hygiene solutions, achieving superior clinical outcomes, and setting benchmarks for industry leadership.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for implementing cutting-edge hygiene solutions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhance efficiency

• Innovation:
  • Support the development and implementation of hygiene initiatives by partnering with the clinical support teams and creating next-generation solutions that align with clinical needs and best practices. 
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve productivity.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Champion teamwork and cross-functional collaboration by connecting hygienists across multiple states.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning; Leading efforts to unify teams in pursuit of excellence and sustainability in hygiene practices.
  • Drive ongoing professional development for hygienists, encouraging a culture of learning, adaptability, and leadership in emerging hygiene technologies and practices. 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of progressive experience in hygiene, and large-scale leadership in dental or healthcare
• Proven track record of launching innovative, market-disrupting products or technologies 
• Deep understanding of materials, sterilization, antimicrobial technologies, or behavioral hygiene practices 
• Executive presence with strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 + Bonus Eligibility
