- Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy for mobile and industrial markets
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers
- Strengthen and expand strategic supplier partnerships
- Identify and capture new market opportunities
- Drive profitable growth through pricing discipline and margin management
- Elevate sales execution, accountability, and performance standards

Essential Functions
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Establish clear revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Build territory plans and vertical market strategies to accelerate growth
- Team Development & Performance
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals and product managers
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Implement sales process discipline, KPI tracking, and pipeline management
- Supplier & Customer Engagement
- Serve as executive liaison with key hydraulic and controls suppliers
- Strengthen strategic alliances and negotiate growth initiatives
- Build executive-level relationships with top OEM and MRO customers
- Operational & Financial Excellence
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Experience, Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
- Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
- Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
