- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
- A minimum of three to five years human resources experience, preferably in a customer service environment. Experience in Senior Living environment a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development.

- Lead and manage all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and community policies.
