Role Overview

The HR Director, Products & Technology is a high-impact leadership role partnering with executive leaders. You will serve as the strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Products & Technology organizations as we scale the business in our mission to Power American Defense.


In this capacity, you will serve as the Primary Talent Strategist for these organizations, accountable for building the high-performance organizational structures required to meet our mission-critical objectives. You will lead organizational design, drive performance through data-driven insights, and design the global HR programs that will scale with our rapid growth.

 

What You'll Do...

  • Strategic Partnership: Drive business results through people and talent strategy, serving as the primary HR liaison for Products & Technology leadership
  • Organizational Architecture: Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to ensure the Product and Technology teams are structured for maximum agility
  • Global Program Design: Design global HR programs, processes, frameworks, and tools used by the entire HR function
  • Headcount & Workforce Planning: Own the organizational headcount budget and leverage data to forecast future capability needs
  • Talent Acquisition Partnership: Serve as the strategic liaison to Talent Acquisition on all staffing activities for your functional areas
  • Strategic Talent Optimization: Partner with leadership to identify and cultivate high-potential talent, ensuring that compensation structures and retention initiatives are aggressively aligned with the organization's most critical technical milestones

You have...

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in a senior leadership role
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams to develop new methods and solving complex matters with significant impact
  • Technical Savvy: Extensive experience supporting highly technical engineering teams
  • Business Partnership: Strong track record of aligning HR strategy with business objectives and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Compliance: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
