WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Participate on senior leadership business teams and supports achievement of key strategic priorities through use of talent
-
Understand and identify the human capital implications of business’ strategy; identify and implement organizational solutions such as organizational design, workforce engagement, talent development, and change management programs
-
Work with Directors and above to understand talent strengths, gaps, and needs; develop workforce plans, succession management plans, career development plans, competency development and learning plans, diversity and inclusion plans; implements plans to drive coworker engagement, retention, and performance

Provide strategic leadership and guidance on the implementation of programs to maximize value and return on the talent investment
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline - Required
-
Master’s Degree - Preferred
-
7 years progressive HR Leadership experience - Required
-
Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or (SPHR) - Preferred
-
SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Professional (SHRM-CP) or (SHRP-SCP) - Preferred

Experience working in a Human Resources function with a shared service delivery and strategic business partner model -Preferred
