That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our dedicated pet lovers!

Chewy is seeking a passionate  Director of HR Systems and Solutions to lead our HR technology strategy and implement next-generation solutions that will drive Chewy’s growth and long-term success. • Governance and Compliance: Develop and implement governance processes for system audits and controls, ensuring ongoing compliance and security.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR technology team, empowering them to innovate, collaborate, and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR systems, including leadership roles in HRIS management.
