The Role
The HR director has key accountability in managing HR’s relationship with the business and works directly with senior leaders and their direct reports (SVPs and VPs). The role is responsible for leading compensation, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development initiatives supporting the Fidelity Digital Assets (FDA) organization. Key areas of focus include organizational design, workforce planning, manager effectiveness, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts.
FDA is dedicated to building products and services that help institutions adopt digital assets and innovate within the increasingly digital world of finance. Fidelity Investments began researching blockchain technology and digital assets solutions in 2014, where years of research and development have provided us with the deep expertise necessary to build the future of finance.
This role reports to the head of HR for Fidelity Digital Assets within the Brokerage HR team. The team works in a highly collaborative HR service model committed to executing talent strategy and key priorities to increase organizational performance and effectiveness.
