Position summary
The Director of Global HR Systems & Analytics leads the global HR technology, analytics, and insights agenda for the company’s HR ecosystem. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, governance, and optimization of core HR platforms, while advancing a more integrated people data capability inclusive of AI-enabled automation, dashboards, self-service reporting, and actionable workforce insights. The leader ensures scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across regions and business units, with particular emphasis on Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and the broader LVMH group.
The role partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, LVMH counterparts, and external vendors to drive process standardization, system performance, compliance, user adoption, and data-informed decision-making. The Director also leads a global HRIS and analytics team and acts as the senior point of accountability for HR systems transformation, releases, integrations, data integrity, analytics enablement, and the responsible use of emerging AI capabilities, and proactive stakeholder engagement across global and Group-level priorities.
This is an in-office role with the option to be based out of Tiffany & Co.’s New York City, New Jersey, or Paris, France Corporate office.
Key responsibilities
1. Global HR Systems Strategy, Governance & Operations
Define and lead the global HR systems strategy, roadmap, governance model, and operating rhythm in alignment with HR, enterprise, and LVMH Group priorities.
Act as the ultimate Business Owner for core HR platforms, defining business requirements, system configuration (in partnership with IT), epics, and user stories. Partner with IT, who will provide counsel on system configuration, and drive technical integrations, and release management.
Drive harmonization and standardization of global HR processes while accommodating critical local regulatory and business needs; establish strong data governance practices to ensure quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
2. Analytics, AI, Dashboards & Workforce Insights
Evolve HR analytics capabilities by developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce insights that support operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and proactive talent actions.
Partner with HR COEs, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and Data/Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, self-service analytics, and insight-generation solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of the business and employee populations to shape relevant dashboards, identify trends, integrate responsible AI-enabled automation, and convert people data into clear actions for leaders.
3. Transformation, Stakeholder Partnership, LVMH Collaboration & Service Delivery
Lead HR technology transformation programs, including implementations, migrations, organizational redesigns, and process improvement initiatives, while actively managing senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, regional teams, and LVMH counterparts.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business readiness prior to system releases managed by IT. Champion change management, user training, and adoption strategies for new capabilities.
Serve as a trusted liaison with LVMH to align on enterprise HR systems direction, share best practices, evaluate Group capabilities, and influence the adoption of common processes, tools, governance standards, and reporting approaches where appropriate.
Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, controls, and user experience metrics for HR systems support and delivery; serve as the escalation point for complex system, process, analytics, and data issues affecting HR operations globally.
Drive the harmonization and standardization of global HR processes (Talent, Comp, Core HR) in partnership with HR COEs, ensuring IT delivers scalable technology solutions to support these processes.
4. Leadership & Team Development
Lead, and develop a high-performing global HR systems and analytics team, including internal staff, implementation partners, and vendor resources.
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and innovation-minded culture that strengthens technical expertise, business partnership, analytical capability, disciplined execution, and accountability for measurable outcomes.
Manage the HRIS and analytics budget, vendor relationships, contracts, and resource planning to ensure sustainable delivery, effective prioritization, and strong return on investment.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology leadership roles.
- Significant leadership experience managing global HRIS teams and cross-functional programs.
- Deep functional and operational knowledge of HR processes across core HR, organizational management, talent, compensation, recruiting, performance, learning, and payroll interfaces.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including at least one as a primary enterprise platform and working knowledge of the other in a complex global environment.
- Experience leading global implementations, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization efforts.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, security models, controls, and privacy requirements.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and legal entities in a matrixed organization.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global environment, balancing Tiffany business needs with broader LVMH standards, governance expectations, and transformation priorities.
- Strong vendor management, project governance, and budget management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functions, geographies, senior leadership, and LVMH partners.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a large multinational, shared services, or complex matrix environment.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $165,000 - $233,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
