Lincoln Tech’s Corporate Offices in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Director of HR Services to serve as the primary HR Business Partner for our corporate employee population. You'll partner with corporate leadership on day-to-day HR matters while collaborating across HR functions—benefits, employee relations, compensation, and analytics—to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional employee experiences.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to HR resource for corporate leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Build trusted relationships with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR solutions
- Handle complex or sensitive employee matters as an escalation point
- Collaborate across HR functions to ensure corporate employees receive seamless support throughout their employment lifecycle
- Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics to deliver cohesive employee experiences
- Champion initiatives that enhance engagement and retention
- Oversee HR processes and workflows for the corporate employee population
- Lead HR initiatives and projects impacting corporate staff
- Support organizational changes and restructuring efforts
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Develop understanding of Lincoln Tech's campus field structure to strengthen connections between corporate and field operations
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated HR business partner expertise
- Strong knowledge of HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance
- Understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Excellent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
Preferred
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
- Familiarity with ADP Enterprise V6
