The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced HR Regional Leader for LATAM who will operate at the intersection of regional HR leadership and strategic business partnership.
This role has dual accountability:
Regional HR Leadership (LATAM) – leading and enabling consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the region
Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) – directly supporting the VP of Sales, LATAM and regional leadership team within a global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization
You will play a critical role in aligning people strategy to SaaS growth priorities, including revenue acceleration, talent scalability, and leadership capability in a fast-evolving, cloud-first environment.
What You’ll Do1. Regional HR Leadership (LATAM)Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across LATAM, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-impact HR delivery
Own and drive execution of regional people strategies across the full employee lifecycle (hire → develop → retain → engage)
Ensure alignment between global HR programs and local market realities, balancing standardization with regional nuance
Partner with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Analytics) to localize and operationalize global programs
Drive operational excellence, governance, and scalability of HR practices across a diverse, multi-country region
Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP Sales LATAM and leadership team, aligning people strategy to SaaS GTM priorities (growth, productivity, customer-centricity)
Partner with leaders to address commercial challenges such as:
Scaling high-performing sales teams
Improving productivity and retention in competitive SaaS talent markets
Building leadership capability in a high-growth environment
Diagnose organizational needs using data, insights, and external SaaS benchmarks, and co-create solutions that drive business outcomes
Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent strategies to support regional growth and transformation
Coach leaders through change, performance management, and leadership effectiveness
Act as a core member of the Global Go-to-Market HR organization, contributing LATAM perspective to global strategy
Collaborate across regions to drive consistency, innovation, and best practices in a scaled SaaS environment
Champion a data-driven, agile, and product-oriented HR approach aligned to modern SaaS operating models
Strong alignment between people strategy and LATAM revenue growth objectives
High-performing, engaged, and scalable GTM teams across the region
Effective balance of global consistency and regional relevance
A trusted, credible HR leadership presence within both regional and global leadership forums
10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including:
Regional HR leadership across LATAM
Strategic HRBP experience supporting Go-to-Market / Sales organizations, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization, balancing regional and global priorities
Experience supporting high-growth, cloud/SaaS or technology businesses (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions and driving business outcomes
Strong capability in:
Organizational design & workforce planning
Performance management & high-performance culture building
Change management & transformation
Experience leading and developing distributed HR teams
Strong data orientation with ability to translate insights into action
Experience leveraging people analytics, HR systems, and dashboards to inform decisions
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile, and scaling environments
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
High degree of cultural awareness and regional expertise across LATAM
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Willingness to travel across the LATAM region or internationally as needed
Prior experience in a public company or global SaaS organization is a plus
