The Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Director of High School & Club Team Relations. Existing at the intersection of our Customer Success and Product teams, you will engage with high schools and club teams through email and phone, build lasting relationships, and evidence the value Scorability adds to the recruiting process for athletes in their program who wish to play at the collegiate level. What you’ll do:
- Prospect, cold call, and email potential high school and club coaches.
- Become an expert in the Scorability software platform so you can show high school coaches the value of our service to their athletes who are seeking to play at the collegiate level.
- Support our customers by establishing, maintaining, and improving relationships between high school and club coaches across the country.
- Serve as catalyst behind Scorability Team Pages, helping obtain relevant information on high school recruits and ensuring it is accurately recorded in our platform.
- Conduct conversational product demos to showcase the value of partnering with Scorability, serving as a trusted, knowledgeable resource.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to execute outreach strategy and constantly refine the process from initial outreach to onboarding and relationship management.
- Embrace continuing education and ongoing feedback to constantly improve your craft.
- Thoroughly and efficiently use our technology stack (i.e. Hubspot, Outreach, Gong) to help make your job easier and provide the insights needed to improve the health of the business
- Be a positive contributor to the company culture and the experience of your peers.
Experience we’re seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in a consultative role (i.e. Sales or Customer Success) where you’ve spent time engaging over the phone and/or in person with prospects or customers.
- Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products or in the technology or data industries is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to unique customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.
