ABOUT THE POSITION

 

As Director of Growth, you’ll lead BURGA growth to the unicorn. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the top of a ~30-person growth department. You will own the full revenue growth engine: paid social, email marketing, landing pages, creative strategy, performance video, performance design and ATL media channels. 

 

Your role: You'll lead a team of experienced specialists and team leads, set the strategic direction across all growth channels, and be the person accountable for turning BURGA's ambition into real numbers. You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with the Director of Brand, Director of Global Partnerships, Director of eCommerce, Head of Marketing Operations and the broader marketing leadership team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

- Lead and develop a ~30-person growth department across five functions: Acquisition (media buying), Email Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Video, and Performance Design.

- Set ambitious goals with your team leads, create clear accountability, improve processes and build the kind of team culture where top performers grow & thrive in.

- Own new/returning customers and total revenue targets - balancing aggressive scale with profitability.

- Set the overall growth strategy: where we invest, how we scale, and what we prioritise across acquisition and retention.

- Define and manage the full marketing measurement framework: MTA, incrementality testing, MMM, post-purchase surveys + set brand measurement with Director of Brand. 

- Lead expansion into new channels and markets, from TikTok Shop to TV, from new audience segments to Asia - constantly looking for ways how we can keep on growing 50-80% YoY.

- Work closely with the Director of Brand on TOF awareness strategy, ATL channels and other shared projects. 

- Work closely with the Director of Global Partnerships on creator led acquisition projects.

- Act as a key voice in marketing leadership - influencing decisions beyond your direct responsibilities.

- Bring on testing culture: bundles, offers, landing pages, CRO ideas, pricing…

- And anything else you think can bring BURGA more growth. 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

- Proven track record at Director/Head level in a high-growth DTC brand - you've owned a revenue number at scale and hit it.

- Deep expertise across paid social and creative performance, with a strong enough foundation in retention to lead those teams credibly. ATL media experience is a plus. 

- Experience managing multi-functional teams of 20+ people, including senior specialists and team leads.

- Analytically sharp - you understand MTA, incrementality, MMM, and data overall. You know how to turn measurement into decisions.

- Strong communicator and structured thinker - you present clearly and move fast.

- Have an interest in brand marketing and ATL media channels - an interest in working very closely with the brand team and transforming our marketing into a full-funnel strategy. 

 

SALARY: Starting at 9000 EUR Gross/Month. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies
